What else floats in water?

Great Gravy! Cherries! Mud! Churches– Churches!

We met with the priest today, and he was rather nice about my church avoiding activities.

He was able to give us a PIECE OF PAPER that allows us to now be married.  It was truly a Zelda moment.

Dah Nah Nah NAAAAAHHHHHHHH

Dah Nah Nah NAAAAAHHHHHHHH

I was pretty proud, and the dungeon was not very challenging.

Official Date announcement coming soon!

Puttin’ on the Ritz

We meet with the priest soon, and I’m expecting all kinds of weird and wacky questions, and tricks and hoops I’ll have to jump through like a dog or amusing tiger in a hat.

Lookin' Good

Lookin' Good

I’m really not looking forward to this, basically for the sole reason that I need this strangers approval to get married.  For some reason I’m not a fan.  We’ll see what happens, I’m sure it will be 1000% easier than I expect it to be.

Not so romantic (but definitely nerdy) beginning

The very early stages:

Tell me how that is NOT romantic.

Hopefully, the 3rd time’s a charm..

After starting out on iWeb (ick) and then trying out SquareSpace (Chris wasn’t interested in the monthly expense), we’ve chosen WordPress as our new (and hopefully final) home.

As for wedding updates-there aren’t many yet. Hopefully after Wednesday this will change when we meet with the priest. That should get the ball rolling since we will have permission to get married and to officially set a date. Yes, we actually have to get permission. How weird is that?

Although we DO have a hashtag for our wedding! Any couple that met on twitter should have a hashtag by law. After several pretty funny suggestions from friends, I came up with #wedzala (we thought #wardzalawedding would be too long).  So I guess we have at least one thing we can cross off on our wedding to-do list.
